Awh man that movie looks sweet! Lots of good moves in there! I tried doing some L pullups today but I could only do 1 :/ I will do a ab workout on my leg day, as thats the day I use my core, and dont want it to be weak if I do a ab workout the day before. Will take some of those movments and make a little workout and post it later tonight and see what you think!

25 x 2 Crunches
5 x L sit - as long as I can
10-15 x 3 Hanging knee lifts
2x One arm One leg Plank - as long as I can
10x2 Tucked Dragon fly
15 x Dragon Fly
2x 15 (twice each side) Oblique work
1 x 1 min plank

Has some simple stuff in there and some stuff I can work on, which I am not very good at atm (1arm1leg plank and L sit for example). Shouldnt take too long and can be done after my HIIT or before bed. Looks arlight?

Those 5x5 Squat and Deadlift on the same day straight after each other are freaking killer Surprised

I did them but decided to do 10 min of fast cardio insted of the HIIT, the gym was crowded and couldnt stand by the stopwatch :/

Ab routine is hardcore aswell. Looking forward to seeing hos this works out

5x5 Squats and Deadlifts done right really ain't no joke Wink

Don't worry bout the Fast Cardio or the HIIT as long as you get back to the HIIT there's no need to worry. How about bringing your own stopwatch?

Hardcore is good Very Happy

Had good workouts the last few days, decided to do weighted dips today for the 20 sets, was really hard but I managed Smile

The low calorie is getting to me, I am hungry but I hope I get used to it. Atleast its only for a month if I dont see results, then I can go back to eating again haha.

I'm looking to cut atm Smile

I forgot to say btw, my shoulder is starting to hurt when I do dips. I am streching and warming it before and after, any other tips?

I would cut back the volume by half and keep the reps per set the same. If it still hurts, cut by half again. If it still hurts, rest until it doesn't. Whatever you do, do not push harder until you feel good again. Trust me, one day of not pushing your limits is insignificant, and more often than you would like to believe, the best thing.

If we all recovered like Wolverine, then we would all be multi-sport world record holders. You would go to the Olympics and clean out the competition on the rings (with your Victorian press to reverse planche), rowing, and weightlifting (1000 Kg total) in 2012. With proper training, you would be on the bobsled team for February.

Thanks for the adivce. I will see if it hurts next time, and if it does I will do less of them and strech/warmup more. Having some good workouts, no increase in strength ofc after such a short notice Smile

Also just one more thing which is obvious but often overlooked.

Make sure you dip slowly, no jerking or bouncing at the top or especially bottom of the dip. Very important.

Shoulder seems alright today.

Had a good rest weekend, felt good.

Got 6-7 pullups, did different variations.
Lots of different pushups this morning, 10 usual sets
Did 11-12 dips today, so strength increased in those.

I wonder if I can increase strength in the other 'lifts' when I am on such low calorie diet.

Great to hear you made progress Smile Keep going Wink

You certainly can increase your strength & strength endurance, the only thing that gets harder with low calories is your recovery. If you ever feel tired or feel like you can't recover between workouts you should add some calories. Especially pre-workout and post-workout
meals are important
