 Core Workout

First i start with :
All type of crunches on the floor,

StraightAfter :
Dip Leg Raises, Knee Raises, L-Sit Till u cant go anymore

StraightAfter :
Hanging Leg Raises, Knee Raises

StraightAfter:
Bruce Lee's Dragon Flag Few Reps and Hold move ur legs and hips,

SraightAfter:
ON THE BAR WINDWHIPERS? idk what that name is , and finish with a L-SIT on the floor

LowerBack : I do planche push ups against my door, and leg raises when ur lay on ur abs.
and all kind of holdin planches.

its hard to film my own exersice cause i cant place my camera anywhere lol.

Thats real good.. keep it up..
ive been making more use of my ankle weights and weight vest now since winter is coming down under and the extra bulk wouldnt cause too much sweat. as well ive been working full time so i dont have more than an hour every alt day to workout so i just wear my weights everywhere except for sleeping...
Just thought i might mention also that contrary to the belief that weights should be worn during a workout to improve gains, weights should really be worn every other time during your daily activity and NOT during workout as it is counter beneficial. As well do not wear weights unless you spend time stretching at the end of each day or your muscles will be really screwed up.
I currently wear 10kg and i weight 65kg on a regular basis. I am hoping to get up to 25kg regularly. I put on the 20kg (10kg ankle weights and 10kg weight vest every 3rd day atm..
Finishing off my day after work with a park workout similar to your core little beast M, with the ankle weights on since its upper body.
And i use a kettlebell everynight before i sleep which gives me a full body workout..

Hope i can adept and keep this up as it is very demanding on my nervous system. My body is keeping up good though.

yea i use ankle weights 2 when i do a core set just the last set.. for the extra burn..

Your set is awsome and hard Very Happy Is it possible to get nice abs by doing only pull ups and chin ups ?
