So,as the title of the topic is saying,i just want to be able to do "countless" reps x "countless" sets of push ups, pull ups, plank(nothing fancy here, just normal one).Let me show my workout from this morning:
push ups with 10 kg plate -maz
push ups -max rest 1 Min
this 2 sets x 6
rest 5 min
2 4 6 8 10 10 8 6 4 2 dips on par bars with 10 sec rest and a bit more on the last sets of ten
rest 5 min
weighted plank 10 kg 1 min followed by 1 min plank x4
rest 5 Min
weighted push ups 10 kg 10 reps
push ups 10 reps x5 with 2,5 min rest beetween sets
rest 5 min
1234554321 dips on the bar with Little rest .
ok,thats it.
my main goal is to lose fat and build strentgh and muscle endurance.plecase, come with critics, any advice, any tips,.10x in advance and have a nice training.

For the end of this day was just this:
only push ups
100 in 5'
rest 3'
75 in 5'
rest 2'
50 in 5'
rest 1'
25 in 5'
last 3 sets were done in less than 5' and after one set was finished i didn't wait till 5' than rest, but taking that rest immediatly after the set was done.
what do you think about it?it was a long day,so tjhis is why this light workout.
but I'm feeling good and this is what matters, right?
cheers and have fun with your bodyweight!!! Cool

Ok,I'm not going anywhere,don't worry,hehe.
As all of you you noticed so far,I don't have such "from hell workouts" but I try to do something every day.At least 10 sets of 10 reps of weighted push ups(16 kg last time) or 250 pus ups in 4 rounds(I have a post about that).250 push ups was last night in 16 :30 min.personal best so far.
Ok,beside all of this I try to have fun with all types of push ups, plank, squats etc...so have fun guys, stay clean(no drugs, cigarettes, alcohol or junk food) and keep working hard.
