 250 push-ups

hi guys,new on this forum.last night i was doing a workout that I found on Zef's bloc.
100 PU in 5 ' rest 5'
75 PU in 5' rest 5'
and so on to 25 PU
Before i was thinking that will be hard for me but i was able to do this suite well(those 5' for work and rest where actually 2.5' and 3' rest).Only 1st set was done with 2'' remaining on the clock.What do you think about this?I should go 3' with 3' rest?I want some muscle endurance btw.This kind of exercise will help me lose some făt?!thx in advance
