 Hammer training

PostSubject: Hammer training   Fri Sep 30, 2016 11:28 am

Weight of the hammer is 1.3kg(3lbs).I swing it with kendo/aikido style(If I do them at a park,police comes for sure).
My basic exercises are still pull-up,dip,and push-up,I do hammer exercises in the end of workout Cool
