9/3
1st part:
Push ups
2-3-4 pull ups (as high as possible)
Tucked back lever hold
5 pistol squats (both legs)
1 high pull up into tucked bl hold
6 leg raises - 5half leg raises - 10 side knee raises
10s-10s-10s pull up hold
Push ups

2nd part:
3x30s handstand (belly facing wall)
3x20s handstand (looking on toes)
3x20s handstand (looking on wrists)
3x60s handstabd (bfw)

3rd part:
One arm hangs
L-sit holds
Stretching

1st part:
2-3-4 pull ups (as high as possible)
Push ups

Dips 8x5, 5x2
75 push ups (per 10-20)
Pull ups 7x5
Pull ups 3x5 + 15s hold every last rep
75 push ups (same)
Knee raises 10x3
Back extensions 10x3

Jump squats 20x5 + knee raises 10x5 (superset)
20x5 diamond push ups
15s x3 pull up hold behind neck
Rope jumping with knee/side raises..(superset without rest)

i was pretty tired for pull ups that day..probably because of the deadlifts that i did day before

after 2 days of rest i wanted to try this routine, i was pretty surprised of the time because i expected it to be a lot worse
