 night training - lighting issue

PostSubject: night training - lighting issue    Mon Sep 28, 2015 7:24 pm

Where we are training there is a lack of lights. The outdoor gym space has no lights inside it at night and I cant often get there in the day. With winter coming in does anyone has any good makeshift lighting solutions for the dark months.

I'm considering buying a decent head torch might be my best option.

Yup i had the same problem, we got a portable halogen work light lights up the whole park and cheap$ torches we will do too add that warrior touch.here is some vids of us struggling in the dark winter times-

Here we are using a flashlight not for us too see but for the viewers.

We endured 4 brutal new york winters here, when there is a will their is a way.

You dont see its pitch dark out, ? showing u that if u bring a torch or light u are fine. And the lights are for u too see not us.

u don't need light for outdoor at winter nights, your eyes will adapt and u will see enough to workout..i train like that many times...i don't see the problem :/
