Grip holds, 2sets 180lbs.,2sets 200lbs., 2sets 220lbs., 1set 240lbs., 1set 265lbs., 5sets 200lbs. + 200lb.gripper super setted. This is a great routine to build a brutal grip, next week i add another set 275lbs. then keep going till i build 300+lbs. with a fatgrip. Grip strength is crucial for powerlifting, strongman, or calisthenics as a heavyweight so make sure its very strong! Trainharddd Warriors!!!

Nice Loo!!

All this grip work reminded me a crazy wood pinch pull up i had seen here and there on youtube and maybe it would be a good goal for you!!

I did a search cause i dont know how they are named and found a video that it the guy on it uses some nice home-made 'devices' for grip strength!

thanks man, and yea all in his vid is pinch grip. And crush grip is what i need not pinch, but i will destroy a rafter pullu[ if i had tape on the rafter and prob weigh 80lbs.more then him.Im 230-235lbs. There are 3 types of grip strength

1 Crush grip useful to strongman, powerlifters, grabbing any handle like basdeball bat,bar athletes ect.
2 pinch grip useful to rock climbers
3 opened hand strength like lifting an atlas stone or any odd object where your hand is open yet still working harddd.

Master all 3 for a strong grip

yeah what u said its true. But feats like pinch pull ups for a heavyweight guy , even 1 arm pinch pull up arent insane?

Keep it up Lou!
