Today's training consisted of a superset of Deadlifts and Dips.

Deadlift 145x8

Deadlift 155x7
Dips x18

Deadlift 185x5
Dips x17
Set 5
Deadlift 200x5
Dips x16
Set 6
Deadlift 210x3
Dips x15
Set 7
Deadlift 225x3
Dips x14
Set 8
Deadlift 245x1
Dips x13
Set 9
Deadlift 275x1
Dips x12
Set 10
Deadlift 300x1
Dips x11
Set 11
Deadlift 225xAMRAP I got 11
Dips x10
After that I done Ironloo's Grip training routine.

140x10's
tried 160 but failed

Solid work man keep it up, after deads u should do heavy barbell rows,pullups no weight high reps , then grip training
