Hey all,

Tell me what you think of this. I work out 5 times a week. Mon, Wed, Fri this is my routine. 3-5 rounds with 30 seconds in between exercises and 60 seconds in between rounds. I do my push-ups with a 4-4-4 tempo. Pull-ups and Chin-ups are from a dead hang.

10 push-ups
10 incline push-ups
10 dips
10 pull-ups
10 chin-ups

When I work up to completing all 5 rounds with all reps, then I'm do the exercises weighted.

On Tuesday and Thursday, same rules as above.

10 pistol squats (each leg)
10 bodyweight squats
10 calf raises (each leg)

I know leg day isn't all that intense. Let me know what you would change. Again I'm just a beginner to this. My doctor said I can't do heavy weightlifting due to heart problems, so I figured I would do bodyweight and calisthenics exercises to get big. My goal is to lose fat and gain muscle.

Thanks Very Happy

Try to add some core and lower back training,

That's very important in street workout!
