Nice man, checked most of ur vids.

Actualy i saw ur 1st time balance and was like wantign to give u a tip or two on how i progressed to do a PR of about 30 sec free handstand and then i see on other vid that u ve done a free HSPU , then i saw the description when was the 1st and when was the 2nd!!! Nice progress thought!

Goals: Be able to do bar-barians requirements in less than 10 mins, 10 good form one hand push ups, 15 pistols, Be able to do one hand holds on bar and controlled negatives, 1 min hanging l-sit, backlever hold for 5+ secs, advanced tucked FL for 5+ secs, advanced tucked planche for 8+secs etc etc

Long Goal (till summer): My 1st OAC,good BL hold, FL hold, bent arm planche, free handstand push ups, l-sit to handstand on handles, v-sit hold on floor

September 2012 - 256 Ibs





February 2013 - 248 Ibs






October 2014 (now) - 170 Ibs

Just some good ol training footage nothing more, nothing less. I am still adding weight to each exercise every session and I still feel like I'm not going to hit a wall just yet(except for pullups and OHP they are starting to get harder) (OHP is not including in this footage but will be next time).....Deadlifts are not feeling challenging at all but they will sooner or later and I can't wait!!!!

Thanks! It was defiantly a challenge to find that balance point without looking between my hands. I always knew it was difficult but I didn't think it would be that hard.

Welp, I had an accident!  I was on my 10th set loading an Atlas Stone onto a tire and my finger got caught in between the tire and Atlas Stone and ripped the whole fingernail out! But don't worry I bandaged it up and continued training because the world doesn't care about your injuries so why should I give up!!!!! Don't let life or anything get in the way of what you want but always be smart about it!
