 weighted pull ups

how often should I do them to progress in weight? i am using weighted vest, when I done BW only my pull ups were getting stronger easier than dips

now with vest my dips got much stronger instead, I can do 10 dips with 20kg weighted vest but only 6-8 pull ups with 11kg, I dont like to load and unload vest every day

another thing is I do pull up on railings and that kills my grip very fast so probably harder to progress because of that

only pulling exercise I can do, wanted to do some dumbbell rows because I have little weight set but it feels very uncomfortable to me

with dips I do OHP and sometimes handstand, still progress faster

Twice a week.I progressed without doing them, when i was 170 i pulled 170.now 220 i pulled 180lbs. without training them,heavyyy one arm rows,barbell rows,farmers hellped me.Do 1 session light pulls with 45lbs. spread out do another heavy 1.i am training for 200+pull
