 NASTY 500 rep leg workout

PostSubject: NASTY 500 rep leg workout   Mon Jul 14, 2014 2:42 pm

10x10 squats (a$$ to grass) with 140 lbs (2 vests(one is 30 one is 40 lbs) and 2- 35lb dumbbells) one minute rest in between sets

7x15 squats with 80 lbs (2vests and 1 db) (last set is only 10 to make an even 100)
one minute rest in btwn sets

5x20 squats with 2 vests
"one minute rest in btwn sets"

4x25 squats with one vest
""

4x25 squats with just bodyweight
""

Took just over an hour for me to do this (1hour 10 minutes)

haha great.

I do a mix of heavy band bulgarian squats and also bodyweight squats with bands as resistance. Then I usually finish up with something like this

Close stance squats (bodyweight a$$ to grass)

15, then 15 second isometric hold at bottom, then 15 sec rest
14, then 14 second isometric hold at bottom, then 14 second rest

All the way down to one... this sucks
