 Maintaining muscle

Hey!
I was wondering if it is possible to maintain muscle built through weight training, not like body builders' far from that just the small gains that I've made.

You can def maintain and cut up the gains you built through weight lifting. If you do it right.

I started at 240lbs. weightlifted got to 205 not cut just fit, did pure calis shredded to 170, i know added strongman in the mix 2 extremes i gained a lean 23lbs. i am 193-198 right now. i inbox u info later man.
