 Leg Routine Check

So, I thought I'd try a high intensity leg routine (at least, near the end, I could feel it). I liked it a lot, and could feel by legs burning walking up and down the slopes of UCLA Smile

Anyway, so here is a rundown:

Warmup:

45 sec jump rope, 20 squats

No rest, x5

2 min rest between this and ...

Skill work:

10 pistols each leg. Can't do full pistol yet, so go down to about 1 1/2 ft (hit a rock, go back up)

1 min rest, x5

1 min rest between this and...

Explosive:

20 squats, 10 jumping lunges

30 sec rest, x5

1 min rest between this and ...

10 jumping squats

1 min rest, x5

1 min rest between this and

More Skill Work

5 pistols each leg

1 min rest, x5. Was planning on doing 10, but didn't know it'd be that tough after the other stuff

End:

Tataba squats (I think). I did as many squats as I could in 10 seconds, then went back against a pole and knees bent at 90 for 10 seconds. No rest. Was shaking on the last couple of holds. That's a good thing, right?

Accumulates to ~450 reps (squats + lungs) or 520 if I count those pistols as each side.
