 is there anything wrong with my Training Routine?

PostSubject: is there anything wrong with my Training Routine?   Fri Feb 01, 2013 11:20 am

for the past couple months my Training Routine has been kinda simple. i start out my week by working every part of my body(pull ups push ups abs running lunges etc) then the next day i do the same thing only where ever i'm sore i only do light stuff for it. i repeat that though out the week then i take one day off. i just want to know is there anything wrong with my Training Routine is there a more effective way to progress?
