How you guys mix new tricks with old tricks? since that isnt smart train for all the tricks together... I am in trouble about conciliating tricks that iam learning with movements mastered already.

Example: After learned muscle ups... should i do this everyday or keep it for 1-3 days a week and keep other movements in the routine? how do you guys prefer?
