Im not professional but if u dont have crazy temps i think u can do some EASY and SHORT workout, dont do somrhing like 2 hours workout, something like a warm up and 30 mins are enough.

Maybe u can do just some easy jogging cause is preferable than bar work. Or maybe some fast walking. It propably make u feel better and of course the warm/hot bath after this will help too.

Hope it helps, dont go hardcore cause probaply ur ilness will do the same.
Have a fast recovery man Smile

The following recipe will prevent and clear all kinds of sickness

1 Glass of warm(NOT HOT) water about 250ml
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbs(30ml) Organic honey ( NOT PASTEURISED OR HEATED UP)

Drink one when you wake up and one in the evening.
You'll feel the difference in a couple of hours, I drink this combo everyday @cold winters.
It protects you from getting a sickness, flu whatever.

Whenever I'm sick and I still feel like it I train and it almost always makes me feel better, even if only temporarily. I think training smart boosts our immune system/health as well as our strength. Just a matter of being aware how you're feeling and you'll know when it's enough and time to relax. Also, I just remembered that I read that our legs need to be in movement in order for the vessels of our lymphatic system in our legs to do what they're supposed to do to get rid of the toxins. For example, sitting for long periods of time at a desk/computer/tv is unhealthy if what they say is right.

In anatomy class we learned that the lymphatic system has no central pump and one of the ways
it moves the lymph is contraction of your muscles

You can buy garlics cheep @store.
No excuses man, no pills or whatever!
It just prolongs the problem.
Another option would be to substitute it for 1/4 lemon slice.
But garlic works waaaaaaaay better.

Look up garlic health benefits and people that use it in very cold temperatures never get sick by drinking/eating garlic.
