Don't let Monday's get you down?



Work on making your Monday a good one by setting the tone. The

first day of the week determines what the rest of it will look like

which is determined by you.



The same will go for your workout. Focus on what your training

session will look like before you get into it.



It's the visualization factor where your true power lies. You can

create whatever you want with it.



Try it and see..



In fact right now imagine a feather.



It should have flashed on the screen of your mind. You can do the

same thing before you train today.



Imagine what your workout will look like today.



What does it feel like?



How strong do you feel?



Now put those feelings into your day today. Let that progress into

your entire week.



This is apart of the survival advancement process in your life to

achieve great things.



Today's training regiment is a hell of a workout that will also add

to the advancement training process.



1a) Squats 4x 6-8 reps

1b) Any abdominal 4 x 10 reps

2a) Incline Dumbbell Bench

2b) Alternated Sea Saw Row

3a) Heavy Dumbbell Carry

3b) Dumbbell Shrugs

Note hit shrugs immediately after your carry.

4) Jump Rope Tabata
