I decided to quit football back in November but i still weight lift everyday. But i came across a video on YouTube called Bar Brothers who had a video showing a year transformation after a year of doing calisthenics i was shocked at how strong and big those guys got after a year without going to the gym but only using bars and doing dips muscle ups, pistol dips etc. so decided to start tomorrow with basic pull ups,push ups, dips to see where i am at so i can get a good idea on what i have to improve on in order to gain strength and muscle. Wish me good luck. Its finna be a long journey but i think it will be worth it in the end.
