Hope you're enjoying Sunday and lovin' life.

I was up and at em' early, trained a crew of
Football players and as always, I see
that bodyweight is tough for
these kids.

For that reason, I'm inspired to give you
a few sample bodyweight workouts,
minimalist style.

Try these this week and if they're
too advanced just go with the
easier version of the prescribed exercise.

After you try these workouts hit me up
and let me know how you feel, just
reply to this e mail Smile

Workout # 1

1A) Handstand Push Ups 4 x submax reps

1B) Recline Rows 4 x submax reps

2A) 1 arm push ups 4 x submax reps each arm (same reps each arm)

2B) Squat Jumps 4 x 6 reps

3) Bridges (Not neck bridges) x 5 minutes of practice, rest as needed

Workout # 2

1) Pull Ups + weight 3 x submax reps

2) Ring Push Ups + weight 3 x submax reps

3) Wall Walk Bridges 3 x submax reps

4) Pistol Squats (Hold Rings for assistance if needed) 3 x same reps each leg

Try the above bodyweight workouts each week. No going to failure.

Just submax reps, rest as needed between sets
and no rushing.
