 Heavy squats for damaged tissues

Hey!
Thought I'd share this with you guys and girls.
The last two months I've incorporated heavy squats and deadlifts (heavy for me, lol) in my training along with my bw/bar training. I hadn't done much of these exercises for quite a while - actually never done much of it in my entire life - and I'm finding out that it seems to be helping my damaged knee ligaments and legs tendons as I was able to jog for short bursts the other day without feeling any pain afterwords. Usually I would've felt at least some pain for that kind of exercise.

Come to think of it, my injured shoulder is better too ever since I started benchpressing and gradually increasing the range of motion and weight.

I'm thinking that the heavy training in the safe range of motion is strengthening and developping the healthy tendon and ligament fibers, and perhaps stimulating the reparation of the damaged parts.
