Hey man I like what I see. I am on somewhat of a strength journey myself. Ordered some nice wood rings that should be coming shortly and looking to start some gymnastic ring strength routines. I have also been doing a lot more weighted and advanced moves. Keep up the good work and come out with those other videos soon!

Only one question, what do you recommend to straighten the handstand?

To straighten your handstand you need to do a few things:

1. Make sure you are pushing down through your shoulders as much as possible. To give you an example of what I mean, Stand up and raise your hands over you head. Now from there reach up as high as you possible can with your arms close to your ears. That is exactly what you should be like while upside down in a handstand.

2. Learn how to rotate your hips and bring your legs in line with your shoulders and hands.

3. Tense your abs and bring your body into a more hollow body position.

4. Practice!

Also, video yourself doing handstands so you can see exactly what you are doing



Good luck man, once you do it for the first time you will suddenly realise what to do.
