Living legendz Requirements : Shocked

- 330lb ATG Squat with pause .
- 44lb Pistol squat with pause.
- 440lb deadlift overhand grip - raw.
- 396lb total weight dip.
- 330lb total weight pull-up.
- 198lb Military press
- 5 Full rom HSPU.
- Perfect HS for 30 sec on floor,P-bars and straight bar.
- OAP OR OAC each arm with hold of 5 sec on top.
- 5 Muscle ups on bar and rings.
- 10 sec frontlever overhand grip
- 10 sec backlever underhand grip.
- 10 sec straddle planche.
- 3 straddle planche push ups with 1 sec hold on each rep.
- straight arm ring flys 5 reps.
- 286lb bench press.
- hs press straight legs 2 reps.
- full side split.
- full head on knees.
- box jump 1.5 meters
- distance jump 2.5 meters
- human flag both sides 10 seconds.
- 10 sec one arm towel hang.
- 264lb clean and jerk.
- full Bridge

Almost every single exercise needing weight in their isn't to impressive(when you consider how big he is) but everyone of his calisthenic things is as impressive as I'd expect. Though if these are requirements I don't understand why its a specific weight on the bar because someone like Enigma would have to work a lot longer an harder than someone with Ironloo's body type to get up a heavy squat. Instead the requirements should be in percentage's of body-weight.

As of December 30th, 2010. My best lifts are as follows. Note
that some might not have been updated for some time
Back Squat: 415 lbs - training
Front Squat: 335 lbs
Deadlift: 500 lbs - trap bar training, 500 lbs - straight bar
competition (sumo)
Clean and Jerk: 115 KG - competition, 125 KG - training
Snatch: 85 KG - competition, 90 KG - training
Weighted Chin-up: +160 lbs
Weighted Dip: +180 lbs
Overhead Press: 220 lbs
One arm overhead dumbbell press: 105 lbs - I don't max this
too often, but managed to press the Beast Kettlebell first
time I touched it
Bench Press: 300 lbs - competition, 305 lbs training

Id love to see BeastSkills vs LittleBeast... BeastSkills squat records are INSANE!!! His Front Squat is VERY impressive... Which is why I hate not having squat racks becasue my squats are REALLY lacking!!! I could pretty much match his Dips & Chin Ups & Im pretty close to matching his OverHead Press which I doubt that he did in strict Military Style... Also I never bench press but eventually Ill ahve to test my 1RM... Im also pretty sure that I could AT LEAST PP a beast KB... also hes prob one of the best hand balancers Ive ever seen
