 Can you look at my routine?

PostSubject: Can you look at my routine?   Wed Jan 09, 2013 2:04 pm

Hello. I made a workout plan for all week based on this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5n3mbzcRHj8 I do 4 sets on all workouts, on chest workout i repeat exercises 10times instead of 15, and on back/shoulder/biceps/triceps workout i repeat exercises 7 times instead of 15 because its too difficult for me.

Monday: Bigger chest and six pack abs workout routines

Tuesday: Back\shoulder\biceps\triceps workout routine

Wednesday: Full leg and six pack abs workout routines

Thursday: Bigger chest workout routine

Friday: Back\shoulder\biceps\triceps and six pack abs workout routines

Saturday and Sunday: Rest

Is it good workout plan for week or no? Maybe you can suggest something or edit this workout plan?

I guess it's alright but...

I dont' see why it puts Back Shoulders Biceps and Triceps all in One Workout, Twice a Week.

Instead of splitting it up a bit more, and not have just a Chest day. And also, I haven't seen the video, but as much as I know, there is No Bar-barian/calisthenics exercise that focuses on Chest only. They're all compound. Any type of Pushup or Chest dip will work triceps aswell in a small part. That's why it's calisthenics and not isolation gym exercises.
