 Oldtime Workout #3: Another Steel Tip Workout‏

The car (or truck) pushing workout which I mentioned a few
days back may involve a bit of planning and setup but here's
another good workout from the Steel Tip which you can do
in any weight room:

1. Squat 1 x 20
2. Stifflegged Deadlift 1 x 15
3. Barbell Press 1 x 10
4. Chins 1 x 10
5. Weighted Pushup 1 x 15
6. One Arm Dumbbell Row 1 x 8
7. Dips 1 x 10
8. Barbell Curl 1 x 10
9. Dips 1 x 6
10. Chins 1 x 6
11. Situps 1 x 15

In case you might be wondering this workout came from the
February, 1987 issue.
