Whats your training look like today?
I ended up hitting this workout and thought you might want to check
it out if your in need of some conditioning.
I'm all about building a foundation of strength then using it for
an activity. It can be any activity you choose to do.
Maybe you like training to stay in shape and that's cool too.
I use it for everything as it makes life easier.
It's better than struggling your way through certain tasks that for
some may difficult. Maintain your strength and make it a habit in
your life.
You will live longer plus keep the fountain of youth.
It's the only thing that I've found that keeps you looking and
feeling great.
Here's training for today.
Do the following for 20 minutes as many round as possible (AMRAP)
1a) Body Weight Squats x 10
1b) Body-weight Lunges x 5 per leg
1c) Push ups x 10
1d) Pull ups x 5 - 10
1e) Hollow Rocks x 15
1f) Heavy Farmer Carry x laps in gym
