It'll be good to know if anybody else is going for the 2013 BBR's this year. t's going to be a hard and long road i can only do the 2009 BBR but I see myself doing the requirements (in my mind) now all I got to do is put the work in and get it, easier said than done but seeing is believing.

2013 new requirements within 6 minutes
5 muscle ups
45 dips
30 pull ups
55 push ups
5 muscle ups

Never discredit what you can do because I remember watching a calisthenics video on YouTube thinking I'll never do a muscle up now look. Now I'm thinking HSPU is a big thing because I haven't got my first one. Then that will be easy.its just a journey of strength so enjoy it and look forward to the future. Stay focused and hungry and we'll soon get there!

What are the BBR for 2009? Does anyone has an overview over the increase by year? :-)

In adittion i think that at start it was like Under 6 mins and at 2k12 i think it became under 5 mins.
Correct me if im wrong. I guess its under 5 mins at 2k13 too.

I just point it out cause reps alone are medium difficulty but combined and under 5-6 mins becomes a true HELL!!!

It used to be 10mins upto 2008, then was dropped to 6mins in 2009. - Stayed there since.
