 my current routine

Right now I am doing:

5 pull ups
12 push ups
30 sit ups

with as little rest as possible last time it took me 12:22 hoping to get it under 11:00 soon
let me know what you think.

you do it for sets or just one round? i watched your log and u were doing a lot more Smile but nice idea i might try pull ups with push ups and no rest Smile

yesterday I did

push ups with 2:00 rest
25-18-12-8
5:00 rest
pull ups with 2:00 rest
10-6-6-4
a few hours rest
sit ups with 2:00 rests
75-50-25
My plan is to Monday, Wednesday, Friday alternate between these routines. How soon do you think I will get 30 reps with push ups and 12 with pull ups? 2 weeks? A month?

you should lower the rest and focus on form i went 31->42 in 2 weeks
they were like a strength exercise for me now its more endurance

if your triceps is weak and feel tired arms and not chest do some bench dips after push ups or dips

I've decreased rest time to 1:30 I have another question which should I do?

push up set, pull up set, and alternate like that? or

all my push up sets, then all my pull up sets

do whichever you like the most or have good results.. i prefer doing all pull then push or reverse
alternating with lower rest can be good for endurance
