 monkey_business training log

So i will start my log today and start with my first carefull check of the requirements.

27.12.2012

BBR without Muscle Ups

Pull-Ups 10 / 8 / 7 = 25
Dips 23 / 22 = 45
Push-Ups 15 / 15 / 13 / 12 = 55

It´s a good training i did this without big breakes and it´s really hard to do the second and third exercices so close after the other ones.

regular Training:

3 sets of 5 Handstand Push Ups (just 2 to the ground)
4 sets of Flag with 1 leg tucked and 1 straight for 3 - 10 Seconds
5 sets Hold L-Sit for 10 seconds
4 sets of "don´t know the name" -> Hanging and the bar and raised the leg to the hands.

regullary i am much better in this and doing more reps but BBR really costs a lot of strenght.

and after this 30 minutes of different core trainig , situps, side abs ...


so let´s look how this looks like doing training for BBR after some time.

BBR without muscle ups (warm up ;-))

Pull ups 12 / 8 / 5
Dips 25 / 20
Push Ups 15 / 10 / 10 / 10 / 10

Training

Flag hold
Dragonflag hold
Handstand Push Ups 8 /8 /8
Squats +20kg 8/8/8
L-Sit hold 3 x 10 Seconds

Today training start was s**t.

I trained some planks yesterday at home and did too much... Neutral

So i wamed up and started with some dips and pull-ups and totally failed doing reps. Sad Just 5 - 7 reps per set.

Than i totally change the training and start some experiments - new tricks, new ways of trainng-

And then: sunny

Never did it before, but 3 seconds of front lever, 5 seconds of back lever! Great love this training day!

Tried some nice combination - 10 leg raises to 6 pull ups to back lever and it works. At least i only do back lever 4 times straight perfect, but this is really great base for the training.

Finally real good day.

Nice man! I think I can get a back lever on a fully fresh day. Front lever is just out of reach for me though.

Nice flag progress. I want to learn it better, but I have to go to the park, and the weather sucks right now. I did a straddle flag for 5s on stall bars earlier this month. I want to learn it on vertical bar though.

I train my flag once the week.

I have a training time for skating every friday and it´s in a sportshall. So there are ladders and all that nice stuff.

So i train it every week for about 15 Minutes.
