 help with my meal plan

PostSubject: help with my meal plan   Tue Dec 11, 2012 12:21 pm

so this is what ive been eating for a while and i dont know if its good or not ive been trying to gain more weight since im an ectomorph

8 a.m BREAKFAST- 2 wheat bread scrambled egg whites and oatmeal

9 a.m snack- peanut butter and jelly on wheat bread

11 a.m. SNACK- greek yogurt

1 p.m. LUNCH- 2 chicken sandwiches with fruit

2 p.m snack- peanut butter and jelly on wheat bread almonds

4 p.m. SNACK- greek yogurt and fruits

6 p.m. DINNER- brown rice w/ grilled chicken and fruit

7 p.m snack- peanut butter and jelly on wheat bread almonds

9 p.m. snack- greek yogurt and fruit

Good , just ditch the fruit for dinner and add mass amounts of veggies with sweet potatoes.

Also, you're eating bread 4 times a day! That's not good. Replace them with veggies and sweet potatoes like Lou says. Ain't nothing good in bread.
