Hope this helps you a little. Eat papaya with your major source of protein for the day, eat 1 whole raw ginger root a day if you could these 2 are huge. I will inbox u later with info.

Here is my breakfast today. 3/4lb. turkey, artichoke, dandelion, mushroom, red peppers, half papaya. This is a light recovery meal. 1 hr. after i eat fig/banana/peanutbutter combo.

I don't cook it , i either eat whole root raw alone with nothing else or, juice it and put it in my cup of coffee with other things mixed for pre-workout.

I got work tomorrow for 32hrs. straight so i can't train tomorrow. I trained for 3 days of working out i packed it in 1 workout i won't even post the workout it will take the page up. But for post workout i eat a lot cause of the hard training i ate this buffet food after bananas,figs,nuts,berries,1lbs. peanut butter for postworkout meal. This looks like a lot but its not after a real workout, that depletes you. Biggest meal is postworkout.

pflmagic yea great veg , and sweet potato is a must for athletes.

This is a light pre-workout meal on days i don't train fasted. This is the best arginine & maca.I drink black or green tea to eliminate mercury in body by99%.So if you eat fish daily do what they do in japan, drink tea with your fish black or green tea only though.
