PostSubject: Krikshel's Calisthenics Progression.   Sat Nov 24, 2012 1:53 pm

Hey, guys! This is my first blog. I am going to describe my progress through Pull-Ups, Dips, Muscle-ups, Push-ups, and Front Lever progressions and more. Thank you!
Goals -
30 Pull-Ups. - Not completed.
40 Dips. - Not completed.
5 Muscle-Ups. - Not completed.
80 Push-Ups. - Not completed.
10 Sec full Front Lever. - Not completed.
Overall Strength.
24/11/12
Standards with clean form.
- 20 Pull-Ups.
- 15 Dips. (Very weak.)
- 2 Muscle-Ups.
- 50 Push-Ups.

Front Lever Progression holds.
- 10 Second Straddled.
- 30 Second One-Leg.

12/12/12.
Can hold longer straddle - for about 15 seconds.
Feeling it coming strong, and easier to hold. Also can narrow the legs little bit closer, but not very good form.
