17/11/12

Havent been hitting the bar for long so I’m doing simple workouts and focusing on getting my numbers up so my workouts are split into maxout day (5sets x 5 min rest), strength day (5sets x 2 5 min rest) and endurance day (5sets x 30 sec rest) every other day.

Was feeling fatigued on the shoulders but I just wanted to get something up.

Maxout

5 min warm up

5 x Dips: 20, 22, 20, 19, 19

5 x Pull Ups: 20, 15, 14, 13, 14

Then I maxed out on 5 sets of squats

26/11/12

Completely rushed this workout because of school work, couldn't even get my mind focused. Dip numbers are very low but im really leaning into them trying to get that lower back as high up as possible to a planche, more stress on shoulders

Strength

5 min Warm Up and LBM's Shoulder Warm Up

6 x 5kg Dips: 9, 12, 10 , 8 , 9, 10

6 x 5kg Pull-Ups: 12 , 10 , 9 , 9, 12, 10

Didn't even hit legs because i didn't have time
