Hey everyone,

Stumbled upon some YouTube videos that lead me here. Love what I've found! Briefly - 165 cm 67 kg with some gymnastics training in my youth, but I've only been doing weights for the past decade. (It's not even close to the same!) I'm very inspired by this program but I'm basically going to be starting over from scratch.

My goals? Do the current requirements by the end of next year. (Will there be new 2K13 requirements? - Is there a list on this site of each years' requirements?)

Currently working on getting the required number of reps of each piece separately. I'm close on pushups, and dips should be doable in a month or two, but pullups may take several months and muscle ups? Who knows. Then I have to string it all together. Really excited by this challenge.

Love how international this site is. Anybody in the Dallas area?
