Add heavy stress to your program squats/deadlifts/heavy core workouts/sprints. Eat more food but extremely healthy food like sweet potatoes/salmon/kale. Not that nonsense they tell u in the magazines like chocolate milk, gatorade, muscle milk you train like a warrior eat like one. Try to get your rest it will help keep your hormones in tune to aid growth no sleep here and there is ok but do it daily it will catch up. So train the right way, eat the right food, sleep like a baby repeat don't get discouraged quick either. Gains come and go in patterns depending where you are at just keep fighting daily, and keep unbreakable consistency.Goodluck!

Thats good, but don't look for the fast gain ever or you will be discouraged.Understand the discipline of healthy eating , and strength training first. The gains will come in time faster or slower for others just keep patient & consistent.

Train big, but don't overtrain (0:45mins-1:00hr 5-6xweek)
Preferably train exercises, weighted or unweighted, that you can do 6-12reps on.
Eat big (300-500cals over maintenance)
Sleep big (8-9hrs/day)

Pretty simple
