Hi,

I want to hear about some pre-workout suggestions. What carbs are the best for the pre-workout? Simple(chocolats, products with refined sugar) or complex(fruits, oatmeal)? Also, whats is the best timing, 30 mins before or more?

Unless your workout is more than 2.5hrs long pre workout meal does nothing but slow you down...unless you got stimulants in there.

The most important pre workout meal was your last post workout meal and how effective it was in glycogen replenishment and helping out the recovery process.

Agreed. If you couldn't have a post-workout meal for some reason then pre-workout becomes more important, but otherwise just eat normally, leave it a few hours before training, then have a good meal (lots of protein and carbs) afterwards.
