Since I am actively seeking to achieve the Bar-Barian requirements and become an official Bar-Barian, I think that it should start a training log, so that I can keep track of my progress, be held accountable, and maybe help someone else out or even be helped out by someone else on this forum.

Today 11/6/12:
I did the 5 Minute Drill as well as some other cardiovascular work. I've been performing the 5 minute drill almost every Tuesday for the past 3 months; my form and stamina has been improving every time! I actually only completed the 5MD in the allowed 5 minutes only three times since I've started training it. It's crazy hard, but I have actually come to really, really enjoy it. This video is my third time achieving the 5MD in under 5 minutes (4:56), this is the workout that I did today.
