 Muscle Groups Distribution, Your Opinion Please

PostSubject: Muscle Groups Distribution, Your Opinion Please   Mon Nov 05, 2012 3:48 pm

Hi All,

I just wanted to ask a plain question/opinion, of what you think of my Weekly 3 workout distribution, never mind the type of sets I do, besides that, do you think it's a Good layout, well distributed?

Monday workout:
-Overhand Pullups (Palms facing away)
-Dips

Wednesday workout:
-Underhand Pullups (Palms facing me, Biceps type)
-Pushups

Friday workout:

-Overhand Pullups
-Dips
-Underhand Pulups
-Pushups

-

on Tuesday Thursday and Saturday I do intense Abs work, and for Legs I do squats/heel raises and things or go running, so there's never really a full rest day except for Sunday.

Your opinions Please, and Thanks if anyone replies, Take it easy fellas.

doing a split routine is fine, but I would suggest a push/pull routine

If you got time do full body workout every other day or push/pull

Isn't Pullups and Dips, aswell as Chinups and Pushups two Pull-Push workouts?

Not exactly. Its more like this:

Day 1-pushups, dips, hspu ect....
Day 2-chins, pullups, rows ect....

Split them into their own days.

Right, I see what you mean now, actually dedicating a whole day to Pull and one to Push.

I actually used to do that but then it got really tiring, and mostly, you need time and relaxation to want to do that properly IMO.

You should add an exercise for the shoulders, like handstand push ups or pike press Smile
