 Losing Weight

What's going people I'm new to calisthenics 6'2 250 willing to get down to 215 cut/lean where do I start w/ a workout regimen weekly, I pretty much know about nutrition it's just getting started weekly and different phases? Thanks in advance

With regards to training, have a look at the Bar-barian Beginners thread.

You'll have to be more specific if you have questions about dieting... Are you referring to a bulk/cut cycle when you refer to "phases"?
