Hi guys,

I've had a few injuries this year so I'm trying to ease my way in, I suspect the injuries occured from going too hard on the statics, so it may seem like I'm not doing much but I want to build my work capacity:

Warmup - C/V and Dynamic
German Hang - 60s
Front Lever Tuck - 60s
Frog Stand - 60s

A B
Dip 3 x 10-15 Handstand Pushup 3 x 5
Pull Up 3 x 10-15 Weighted Pull Up 3 x 5
Advanced Plank 60s Push up 2 x max
Jump Squat 3 x 10-15 Hanging Leg Raise 2 x 15
Single Leg Split Squat 3 x 10

I by no means think this is a great program, I tried to put together myself. Any thoughts would be greatly welcomed. I perform the exercises as supersets. My main goals are Front and Back Lever.

THank you Smile

If your main goals are front and back levers then focus on them first in your workout and do general strength (dips, pushups etc.) after so that you are fresh for the stuff you really want to improve on.
