 Human flag questions

I'm wondering what those of you that can do the full (horizontal) human flag would consider as prerequisites for this feat.

Please assess my ability to do tuck inverted flags within the end of the year.
I currently have a PR of 16 ring pullups and 10 wall HePU but these PR's are getting old, I have a feeling I can do more. I haven't started doing weighted pullups yet, but I will when I hit 20 solid full ROM pullups.

I'm also wondering what exercises you think have the greatest carryover to this feat.

Hi h3x,

i can do a full flag for just 3 seconds, but i think it is very importend to train your legs and your lower and side abs.

Holding the flag with tucked legs needs strenght in your upper body. To go to straight legs you need a lot of strenght in your legs and side abs.
