The workout on the Holiday week was Awesome, it really felt Bar-Barian, because this time I really had NO equipment at all. So I went on a roof, and found a square bar, that was awesome I could do Pullups <3 It really hurt my hands on that bar, but it was worth it.

Did different types of pushups for all the rest Smile It felt great, Christmas Eve night, on this roof, could see the mountains and the sea, everyone is inside chilling and I was out there in the wind training, I Loved it.

Anyway, Last day of the year workout results Very Happy It went pretty well tonight Smile

And I bought some canned mackarel fish for a change instead of tuna, it's delicious Smile

11 Minutes, Plus 23% Added Weight:

Pullups Wide: 6-6-5

Dips: 9-9-8

=) Much better than two weeks ago, so It means last weeks different workout wasn't a waste of time.

Last Friday: At Plus 23% Added Weight - 18 Minutes Duration.

Pullups: 4-4-4
Dips: 7-7-7
Chinups: 5-5-3
Pushups: 12-12-12

This Friday: At Plus 23% Added Weight - 18 Minutes Duration.

Pullups: 5-5-4
Dips: 8-7-6
Chinups: 5-5-3
Pushups: 13-13-12

Post Snack:

Bunch of Peanuts, Milk, Tuna, Banana, Water.

So, I'm quite satisfied. I feel completely Destroyed after the workout.

Best accomplishment is 2 extra Pullups, which I consider the hardest of the 4 exercises.
And the fact I managed to At least keep the other numbers the same as last week, and within the same Time. And also 2 more Pushups. I guess slow, but little progress.

Very satisfied tonight, as I was randomly looking at my results sheet and... I Noticed that Tonight's Workout results, Equaled Exactly my Workout of just less than a month ago, on the 12th December, Same Exact Workout, but that was with +10 Kg, and Tonight was + 15 Kg. So that means it took me just one Month to Adapt to the 5 extra Kg of added weight Smile

And that means... I am going for 20 Now! I need to buy 2 more ankle wraps Can't wait to break some more muscle tissue! Wink

Don't worry about it man. Progress is never perfectly linear. You will go up and down from session to session, but the average change over time will be an increase. Smile That's the main aim!

Don't sweat it. Only worry about what you can control. Sometimes muscle-ups are hard for me, sometimes not. It goes up and down. But the important thing is to keep training, being consistent etc

I went out in the fields today to steam off. I found this big oak, and I didn't care if my arm was hurting or if it was rest day, I started climbing and doing things xD Now I'm nackered but I feel better inside. I actually tried a muscle up just to see how it felt, right at the end when I was nackered, on a thick branch, and it felt... Possible. I got right to the moment when your arms are almost parallel to the ground to switch position. If rested, on a proper bar and all, I think Maybe I can make it some time soon, if I don't give up. Now I have to recover and hope my arm fixes for Monday's workout. It hurts like... on the Outer right side of the Bicep, towards the elbow. Brachialis or something is it? ^_^ The one you use when doing Pullups basically, it kind of really hurts. But anyway, I'll get over it, and I will keep working out, it's decided ^_^
Even if the number progress is slow and hard, it must work if I keep on consistent as you say. I'll give it some more weeks.

Seem to be back in Line, I was worried about how it'd go today. Went alright, I managed one more Pullup than last time. I think I found out that the way I breathe influences it a lot. The last 2 reps I breathed faster instead of Breathe going down, breathe out going up', and it seemed to have helped.
@23% added weight, 11 Minutes.

Pullups: 6-6-6
Dips: 10-10-8 (and the last 9th one could have been it but I was at failure and didn't quite extend my right ebow, doesn't count.)

Plus. 2 side to side pullups, sort of like Archer Pullups.

Tonight was great, as I said before, I love the feeling when you add weight, you feel it on your palms on the bar Smile

I weigh about... 73-74 Kgs, and I train now with 10 Kg weight vest, and 4 ankle wraps of 2.5 Kg each Smile +20 Kg, just under 30% =)

Hey mate tomorrow night I'm going for the 3rd Muscle attempt Wink I'm more optimistic, don't think I'll do it yet, but I should get close again. Watching some other videos... I realized that I haven't focused on that 'moving the palms forward when you get up, maybe that's why I couldn't dip...

We'll see ^_^

By the way how about you Wingman? How tall are you and how much you weigh? Smile

I'm 73.5 Kg (sometimes more depends) and 186 Cms tall.

Pretty good! Keep it up.

I'm 175cm (just under 5'9) and 69kg at the moment. Depending on my diet I can be 75kg though lol

I hit Plateau, 3 weeks, same numbers in Monday and Wednesday workouts. Kind of pissed, but I won't give up.

I tried changing my Friday workout. Instead of Dips and Normal Pushups, I did Weighted Diamond Pushups, and Side to Side Pushups. Really feel my arms burning, which is good. Hope next week I break Plateau, even just one rep means progress.

Anyone else get outer wrist pain when doing Diamonds?

This week I managed to break Plateau I think =)

I love my new Friday workout,

Weighted Side to Side pushups are fucking BEAST! It's a good training for One arm pushups.
