Well i Australian is the easy version of a pull-up and ofcourse it is good !!!
U must start some negative pull ups to gain more strength. About abs the are a lot in Google ; ). The 100 push ups are good try to follow the program and see if it works for you ! Keep training !!!

My french is a little rusty, but it looks like the 100 push-ups workout translated, there's a few people on here that have had good success with that series, Fi I know is one, I think it's been discussed abit in the british thread.

Planks are good, works your whole core, especially if you add in side planks as well. Sit-ups after a while become worthless, when you can do sets of 25 then move on to knee/leg raises, L-sits and Dragon flags. Don't forget to work your lower back too Smile (Back lever, planks help here)

As Digit said, it's a start, add in negative pull-ups and work your way to the full pull-up.

The iron gym is quite a good basic bar for a door way, and you can always try and find a local playground and use the climbing frame Smile

What else ofcourse man. The mighty DIPS XD !!!!! Well a bit difficult at first but mega triceps with this exercise. Look for begin try to use random variation of push ups like Wide Push Ups, Normal, Diamond and Dive Bombers. Try to start with australian pulls till u got your first pull up, Well i never used australian. I just did negatives till i got the strentgh to do one pull up. Try to earn numbers on the basics Pull Ups Dips Push Ups and Australina Pull ofcourse. After getiing some numbers and reading th forum and the web u can make your routines . Not difficult but u need to want to do this. Cheers ; ) !!!!!

Either 5 sets of
30s elbow plank
30s left plank
30s elbow plank
30s right plank

No rest, 10 mins straight :-)

Or 4 sets of
15s L-sit
15s tuck plank
15s +++adv tuck front lever*
15s back lever
15s +++adv tuck front lever*

Although I've slacked off this routine for a while, so it's more like 10s

*I would do full front lever but if I'm doing it in a single set I have a wall in the way so either front or back will slightly bent knees.
