 Strenght training

Hi i want 2 ask about a strenght training bar brothers and sisters..So what's the best repetinion and set number and how much rest i should have?I'll have something like weight vest so i can do low numbers i just dont know reps and set's i need increase my dip and pull ups strength .You all would realy help me by giving some advice Smile Thankyou all!

I think that for strength training you want to aim for 1-6 reps. So add enough weight so that you can work sets in those rep ranges. Rest 3-5 min between sets. Can also do GTG for strength a set of low reps with an hour or more of rest and done through out the day.

Thank's man ! Will do cheers what's better keep the same big weight or drop a little if i can't do 6 more reps? Very Happy

Rep range from strength emphasis is 1-5.
Rest should be no more than 3 minutes. 2 minutes is a good time.
