 Hard core pull-push

What do you think about this PP routine?
6DAW


Pull:
4-5 x Pull-ups
4-5 x Inverted Rows
4-5 x Back Extensions
4-5 x Gym Ball Hamstrings Curls
Core exercise(s)

Push:
4-5 x Leaned Dips
4-5 x Diamond Push-ups
3-4 x Pike Press
4-5 x Walking Lunges

if 6 days per week, do 4 sets each exercise. Otherwise it looks good, but if it gets too easy, you'll need to switch something up. Smile

How do you mean switch things?

BTW, if you're referring to legs then I should say I have Scoliosis so most leg-exercises are out for me. Even Pistols make my back a bit uncomfortable (though I can still do them).
I'm considering doing Goblet Squats using resistance bands.

I meant making the exercises harder. Smile
