Im simply posting CF WODs that arrive in my inbox... hopefully theyll inpsire others to do them... they also provide extra complexity to strength/endurance given the wide scope of diff movements and this is good... esp for anyone that has plateued... thats it

Is that what my question suggested?!

All I'm trying to say is that lots of people on here have YouTube channels, and through them (well, and Facebook) I've got to know them better - IronL00, Duf, NGN, Reincarnate, PFL - loads of others. I was just curious if you had one that I'd missed. Since you're so active here it would be nice to have than a 100x100 pixel picture to know you by.

This is insane! Great work.
I struggle to understand how you manage to train this way and not injure or overtrain yourself.. you do a lot of sets to failure.. how many times a week do you workout?
