I think Zef actually does this on his blog, but it would be nice to have one here. If someone did it, I think it should incorporate a lot more skills and exercises rather than just the basic pull ups, pushups, and dips.

Who would start it, though?

Haha funny comments, is this on my day to day workout. Or workouts for others either way i don't mind. Tim i plan to have everyone on passed out on the ground including myself, goodstuff. Gohardorgohome all day with broken bones and injuries and no sleep

Alright i will prob put both up, i been injured since early this week. That means severe legs/core daily till this monday everyday.

Awesome RuckFit class this morning. After calisthenics, the group formed into two teams. Both teams then formed up and ran together for 4 laps around building and then had to perform 200 pushups, 200 pullups, and 200 thrusters with a 45lb weight plate. The reps were divided within the group to total the 200 reps. Next, they ran 2 more laps but had to perform 15 burpees after each lap. Next, 10 Prowler Pushes per team. Finally, each team had to perform 300 sledge hammer strikes on the tires. Are you tired yet? :-)
