 How to have big legs with calis?

Hi guys!! Cool

I have strong, but thin legs!



Can anyone suggest or give tips/routines to gain size in legs?

Super heavy pistols, and jumping pistols? just an Idea. I dont have massive legs either.

Your legs look plenty big BTW. Arent you a fighter? I think you could lose some speed by bulking those gams too much.

Yes, I'm a fighter, but I want bigger legs! Otherwise i'll get large in upper body and thin in lower body.. Now, I'm bulking Cool

I'll train legs twice a week.

Workout 1:
Weighted Pistols
GHR
Jumping Lunges
Isometric Wall Squats
Squats

Workout 2:
IRONLOO Legs Routine

Since I left the gym, I stopped doing squats, deadlifts and weight training.

Now, I only do calisthenics. So I am looking for the best solutions for my workout.

Running/Sprinting uphills maybe help too. Running/Sprinting by itself is hard much more if u do it on uphills. + ironloo workouts and urs looks great.

I guess if u train ur legs as hard as ur upper body they will be and look great like ur upper body so u wont have any problem.

Add more stress boyka if you are training legs only 2xs per week you can afford it. Do the usual 1,000 with a heavier vest and maybe even 1 dumbbell to hold in the front to work your core and legs even further. Just keep doing the 1,000 with a heavier weighted vest.

1,000 pyramid is good too.

20lbs x 100
40lbs x 100
60lbs x 100
80lbs x 100
100lbs x 100 then 500reps no weight
+
then you could do the same for lunges then 500 no weight, so 2,000 total if you work legs 2xs a week do this on one of the days.

Do hill sprints twice a week. You will get pretty good leg growth from them.
I only do sprints and Convict Conditioning squat progressions and it works pretty good.

Ive noticed that Cross Fitters tend to squat light weight but at at high reps and still achieve pretty good results... so brabell squats... front/back... farmer walks... sprint drills, pistols and weighted hill sprints... the key is to pick one and stay dedicated... for example... if your always doing back squats... then you can always find time to go for a farmer walk, do weighted/unweighted pistols or weighted hill sprints...

If you can build a sled, those work really well. Just use stones, logs, weight plates or anything else for the resistance.
