I found out about this park through the Glasgow Parkour community and it's about a 20 min from the centre of Glasgow.

The stop you have to get off is Blairhill and from there it is about a 5 mins walk to a park called "West End Public Park".

Anyway these are literally the first bars I have ever used and I had a fun 2 hours training there today.

Its has everything I need a few High bars, Parallel bars and Monkey bars. Since today was Sunday it was quite busy with kids etc but that's to be expected. I'll probably make my future visits during the week for some peace. Although it was quite cool when they were watching me and trying to replicate what I was doing. Maybe I'll inspire the next generation, who knows.

Here are some Pics of it,

It's a great spot for training and I'll probably make a trip there once a week.

If anything it gives me somewhere to shoot my BBR attempts.

About 15 min train journey so not too bad. £3.60 fare that I managed to dodge today, not even on purpose lol

It's a really nice spot, going to give it a shot when I'm back. That's about 58km away from Greenock =( . But I'll try to get out there every week to two weeks, hopefully get to meet you out there Sosna!

Right on mate, I'm not nearly as good as you, can't even do any muscle ups yet. I'll put in that extra work so when I am back I can do at least one. I got a video I will upload here a place down the street from me now.

Thanks Jay, Yeah the thick bars make everything more challenging especially muscle-ups. I can do 10+ strict muscle-ups at home but only like 3-4 at the park so its a good new challenge. The parallel bars are the perfect width as well.

This is literally 5 mins on a bike away from me, I was messing about on it on Thursday during work. Can't comprehend a muscle up on it at all haha. As you have said it tends to get very busy.
Happy training Very Happy
P.s. That was the first I used it too

I'd love to live near somewhere like this. I'm training on scaffolding on the flats next door at the moment.
